Payment, Terms and Order Process
We are sorry but Carpets by Michael is no longer able to extend credit to our customers. All orders are custom and require 50% of the total invoice amount once we have your approval.
- Please contact us with order details, and copy of your letterhead or desired font.
- We will send you a rendering of what your design will look like to scale for your approval.
- At that time please send us 50% of invoice once you are 100% satisfied with your design.
- Once we receive 50% of the invoice we will order your materials and produce your mat.
- Balance due at time of delivery of your mat.
